$50,000 to $55,000 for 1st Time Surrogates
$60,000+ for Experienced Surrogates

Travel Expenses
Additional Compensation:
Mileage: $.70/mile
Childcare: $200/day for overnight care
Food: $75 per person/day
Airfare, hotel, and ground transportation at actual cost.
Lost wages for missed workdays.
Fees & Allowances
Medication Start Fee: is $750
Embryo Transfer Fee: is $1,200 per embryo transfer
Monthly Allowance: $250 per month
Maternity Clothing Fee:
Singleton pregnancy $750
Twin pregnancy $1,000
Multiples Fee: $10,000 (per additional fetus)C-Section: $5,000Bedrest: $350 per weekSelective Reduction/Termination: $1,500Cancelled Cycle: $500Mock Cycle (if applicable): $500Loss of Reproductive Organs: $2,000 per tube/ovary, $5,000 loss of uterus
Additional Allowances:
$200 per month, your choice*
After 28 weeks, surrogate will receive additional monthly allowances to cover their choice of housekeeping, chiropractic care, massage, and/or additional childcare.
Lost Wages:
Actual lost earnings during periods specified in Gestational Carrier Contract (if applicable)
Spouse’s actual lost earnings (if applicable)
Legal Expenses
Legal fees for Gestational Carrier are provided by Intended Parent.
Medical Expenses
All medical expenses directly related to the pregnancy and IVF treatment and newborn expenses are paid for by Intended Parents
Health insurance coverage
Life Insurance
Intended parents will provide up to this amount for a life insurance policy for the gestational carrier. Payable at the time of first positive BETA.
Health Insurance Premiums
Premium to be paid forby GC unless found to not be friendly for 2025. IP will need to pay for an overlap plan during Open Enrollment until verification of employer plan for the new year.

Premium amount IP’s will need to pay for journey to include 2 months postpartum until cleared by OB to resume activities.
Breast Milk (if desired by Intentional Parents): $1.00 per ounce or $300 per week, whichever is greater, plus pumping supplies and shipping costs. Monthly allowance continues with pumping schedule.
Breast Milk Supplies/Shipping Costs: Actual Cost
Psychological Counseling/Support (during pregnancy & post birth): Actual cost if needed
Invasive Procedure Fee: $1500 per procedure.
Minimally Invasive Procedure Fee: $750 per procedure.
